摘要
随着中国对外开放的持续深入,中国出口食品农产品的进展迅速。近几年,各国为了保护自己国家的利益,保证食物安全,逐渐提高了进口食物的进入门槛,这就对出口食物的品质管理和安全管理提出了更多的需求。如何创建比较完整的食物品质和安全管理信息体系,并且更深一步地推行和运用,是食品安全质检人员面临全新的课题。本文通过分析出口食品安全问题,提出中国出口食品安全保障体系的措施,以此来防范食物安全事故的发生,提升食品安全性和可靠度。
In recent years, various countries in order to protect the interests of their own country, ensure food safety, food imports gradually improved the entry threshold that made more demands on quality management and safety management of export food. How to create a more complete food quality and safety management information system, and further implementation and application, so that food safety inspectors are facing a new topic. Based on the analysis of the export food safety problems, this paper puts forward the measures of China's export food safety system, in order to prevent the occurrence of food safety accidents, improve food safety and reliability.
