摘要
铁核桃原产于中国西南地区,是我国重要的食用木本油料之一。为推进木本油料标准化建设,促进铁核桃油料产业的规范发展,参考现行国家标准,对5个铁核桃主产区的样品进行检测和初步分析,提出以纯仁率和全籽含油率为主要评价指标的分级标准建议,为油料用铁核桃的标准制定提供依据。
Juglans sigillata Dode is considered to originate in southwest of China. It is one of the important edible woody oil plants. （n order to promote the standardization construction of woody oil plant and boost the development of walnut oil industry, the samples from five major producing areas are preliminarily analyzed. Reference to the current national standards and the data, we propose the grading standard, which consists of two main evaluation indexes： pure kernel rate and oil content of whole seed, to provide a basis for the formulation of standard.
