Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Fostering and Practicing the Core Socialist Values in Local Colleges and Universities

当前地方高校大学生赞同社会主义核心价值观,但内容掌握不够全面;憧憬"中国梦"美好愿景但具体问题认识模糊;认同无神论思想但内涵理解有失偏颇;对宗教的认识不清晰,人生观注重个人需求。究其原因,主要在于国际国内形势的影响,高校管理体制带来的弊端,学生在压力下更加务实,思想政治理论课成效不理想,党员干部无神论思想不牢固等方面。解决这些问题必须发挥好思政课、专业课和隐性课程的作用;扎实开展无神论教育,加强大学生的宗教工作;倡导廉政文化,营造健康清廉的育人氛围;调动和发挥学生的主体能动性,促进学生自我教育和提高。

At present, students at local colleges and universities agree with the core socialist values, but they cannot master the contents of them comprehensively enough. They have longed for the vision of ＂China Dream＂, but they have ambiguous understandings of specific issues. They agree with atheistic thought, but their understandings of its connotation are biased. Their cognition for religions is not clear and they lay emphasis on their individual demands. The main reasons lie in the influence of the international and domestic situation, the disadvantages of the university management system, the students＇ pragmatic attitude under the pressure, non-ideal effect from the ieological and po- litical theory course and the party member＇ s lack of firm atheism, etc. To solve these problems, we should make the ideological and political theory course, professional courses and recessive curriculum play its role effectively, carry out atheism education steadily, strengthen the religious work of college students; advocate an honest culture, create a healthy and clean atmosphere of education; mobilize and exert the initiative of students and promote the self-education and development of students.
