石蜡/HTPB复合流体黏温特性测试 被引量:2

摘要 采用旋转黏度计分别测定了石蜡和不同固化系数(r=0.5、0.6、0.7)的端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)以及石蜡和端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)两者混合形成的复合流体不同温度下的黏度,获得了黏温特性曲线,采用黏温模型方程对黏温特性进行了描述。通过比较黏温方程的参数发现,随着固化系数的增加,HTPB的黏度随温度上升而变化的敏感程度先减小后增大;而HTPB/石蜡复合流体的黏度随温度变化的敏感程度减小。 The viscosity temperature characteristics of 70 # paraffin,HTPB with different solidification coefficient( r = 0. 5,0. 6,0. 7) and the composite fluid were measured by rotational viscometer. The viscosity temperature curves were obtained. Common viscosity temperature models were used to describe the viscosity temperature characteristics of these types of fluids. After comparing with the parameters of different viscosity temperature equations,we found that the viscosity changing sensitivity along with the temperature of HTPB decreased and then gradually rose with the increasing of solidification coefficient. But the viscosity changing sensitivity along with the temperature of paraffin displayed a trend of monotonic decline.
