摘要
以探空火箭为研究对象,利用有限元软件Abaqus建立全箭有限元模型,通过Lanczos法进行模态仿真分析,获得全箭满载、空载两种状态下的一阶弯曲模态、二阶弯曲模态等关键数据,参考有限元计算结果,进行火箭模态试验方案设计和试验,与试验结果进行对比,验证了仿真方法的正确性,对火箭模态仿真分析与模态试验方案设计等具有参考意义。
Taking sounding rockets as the object of study,the model of rocket was established by using finite element software Abaqus,and the modal analysis and simulation results of the first two modes typical frequencies and mode shapes of the full loaded and unloaded arrow were carried out by means of Lanczos method. Referring to the results of the modal analysis and simulation,the rocket modal test scheme was designed and tested,and the calculation results were in accord with the experimental results,and the ground test results showed that the dynamic simulation method was feasible. Both the ground test results and the dynamic simulation results showed that it had an important reference value for the sounding rocket modal dynamic simulation and modal test scheme design.
