摘要
建立了某国产乘用车的SEA模型,对乘用车驾驶室中高频噪声进行了仿真。将理论计算和试验测量相结合得到了模型的模态密度、内损耗因子和耦合损耗因子等参数。进行了发动机空挡5 000 r/min试验,测得发动机舱声辐射激励和动力总成悬置振动激励;完成了驾驶室头部声腔噪声仿真计算和试验验证,检验了SEA模型的可靠性。利用此模型,针对底盘噪声输入进行了车内中高频噪声仿真分析,得到了驾驶室头部声腔的噪声响应特性曲线。
An SEA model of a passenger car is established to predict the mid-high frequency noise in cab. The modal density, damping loss factor and coupling loss factor are obtained by combining the measure of calculation and test. Then acoustic radiation of engine cabin and vibration of power assembly mounting system are measured by engine neutral gear 5 000 r/min test. By the contrast simulation with experiment result of cab noise, SEA model is validated. Finally, mid-high frequency noise simulation with chassis noise input and sound pressure response analysis of cab are accomplished.
