On the Logical Structure of Investigation Language

一般情况下,侦查工作中使用的侦查语言很少能直接地应用于逻辑分析。应用逻辑思维进行侦查推理必不可少的一步是把侦查语言材料转化为逻辑语言,这一步或多或少存在着一定的风险。为避免在转换操作过程中曲解原意,这里介绍一种基于逻辑分析的目的将侦查语言"翻译"成符号语言的方法,以提高侦查效率。

Under normal circumstances, the investigation language in investigation work is rarely directly applied to the logical analysis. Application of logical thinking to the investigation reasoning has an essential step which is translating the language materials of investigation into logic language, and this step exists more or less certain risks. So in order to avoid misinterpreting the original meaning in the process of translating, here a method will be introduced to improve the detective efficiency, that language on the basis of the intention of logic
