摘要
提出了电能表动态性能测试技术的研究状况和存在的问题,从电能表内部的计量工作原理和外部动态负荷运行工况的影响两个方面,分析了影响电能表测量误差的因素;给出了OOK动态负荷测试激励信号模型,基于此模型,提出了关口电能表实验室动态误差测试实验方法和测试系统的构建方案,建立了电能表动态误差测试系统,采用该系统对不同型号关口电能表进行动态误差测试;最后分析了动态误差测试数据,指出了关口电能表动态误差存在的问题。
This paper analyzes the research status and existing problems of dynamic performance testing technology in electric energy meter, and analyzes the factors that affect the measurement error of the electric energy meter from two aspects of the electric energy meter internal measurement working principle and the influence of external dynamic load operation conditions. Then, this paper gives the OOK dynamic load test excitation signal model, based on this model, presents the laboratory dynamic error test method of the gateway energy meter and the component scheme of the test system, establishes the dynamic error testing system of electric energy meter, and uses this system to test the dynamic error of different types of gateway energy meters. Finally, this paper analyzes the dynamic error measurement data, and points out the problems existing in the dynamic error of gateway energy meter.
