摘要
以49份高粱种质资源为材料,对其进行耐盐性分析。在芽期盐胁迫条件下,萌发第4天测定发芽势,第7天测定发芽率、芽长、根长、芽鲜质量、根鲜质量,利用隶属函数分析、主成分分析及聚类分析进行耐盐性综合评价和指标筛选。结果表明,12 g/L NaCl是进行高粱芽期耐盐性鉴定的适宜盐浓度,各性状耐盐指标间变异大;6个芽期性状间存在着一定相关性;聚类分析将49份高粱种质资源分成耐盐型、中等耐盐型和盐敏感型种质3大类。发芽率、根鲜质量和芽鲜质量可以作为高粱芽期耐盐性鉴定的指标。
This study analyzed the salt tolerance of 49 sorghum germplasm resources. Indices were measured under salt stress, the germination force was measured on the fourth day and the germination percentage, shoot length, root length, shoot fresh quality, root fresh quality were measured on the seventh day. Subjection value, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the salt tolerance and select the salt tolerance index of sorghum during germination stage. The results indicated that 12 g/L Na Cl was the suitable salt concentration for salt tolerance identification at germination period, the salt tolerance index range of sorghum strains was different. There were correlations among the 6 traits. The 49 sorghum germplasm resources were divided into salt-resistant, medium salt-resistant and salt-sensitive three categories by cluster analysis. The germination percentage, the root fresh quality and the shoot fresh quality can be used as identification indicators of sorghum at germination stage.
