Present Situation,Problems and Suggestions of Cold Vegetable Industry in Summer and Autumn of Shanxi Province

综述了山西省夏秋冷凉蔬菜产业发展现状,剖析了产业发展中存在的问题,提出了进一步提升山西省夏秋冷凉蔬菜产业发展的建议:重视夏秋冷凉蔬菜生产,拓宽蔬菜种类,实行轮作倒茬,提高机械化水平,适当发展设施蔬菜,重视蔬菜质量安全问题,合理稳定蔬菜价格。

This paper summarized the present situation of cold vegetable industry in summer and autumn of Shanxi province,analyzed the problems existing in the industry development, and put forward some suggestions for further promoting the development of cold vegetable industry in summer and autumn in Shanxi province. The suggestions were as follows, paying attention to summer and autumn cold vegetable production, increasing suitable vegetable type, implementing crop rotation, improving the level of mechanization,developing appropriate facilities vegetable, paying attention to the quality and safety problems of vegetables, stabling vegetable prices reasonably.
