摘要 农产品质量安全是食品安全之源头,是社会关注的热点、难点问题,新修订的《中华人民共和国食品安全法》于2015年10月1日起正式施行,新食品安全法被称为"史上最严食品安全法",山西省认真贯彻实施食品安全法,一手抓质量安全管理,一手抓认证和标准化建设,农产品质量安全水平明显有了提高,但仍存在一些问题,并提出了相应的对策。 The quality and safety of agricultural products are the sources of food safety, and are also social issues, the newly revised "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" is formally implemented on October 1, 2015, the law is referred to as the most severe food safety law in history. Quality and safety management is grasped on the one hand, and the certification and standardization construction are been paid attention to on the other hand in order to implement the food safety law seriously in Shanxi, so that the quality and safety of agricultural products has been improved obviously. But there are still some problems, some countermeasures are put forward.
