环境动态性、中小企业创新战略与企业绩效——基于面板数据的检验分析

Environmental Dynamism,Innovation Strategy and Performance by Medium-sized and Small Enterprises——Based on Check Analysis of Panel Data

中小企业不仅在国民经济结构布局、创造就业和稳定经济等方面具有重要作用,也是我国技术创新的重要源泉之一,进行创新战略变革主要是为了增强竞争能力和更好的绩效表现,但是环境的不确定性一直是影响企业战略变革绩效的重要因素。文章运用2007-2015年深圳中小板上市公司面板数据,实证研究了经济转型期的我国在动态环境下企业进行创新战略对绩效的影响作用。研究结果显示:在我国中小企业中,环境动态性低的行业,实施创新战略并没有显著增强绩效,而环境动态较高的行业实施创新战略反而造成企业绩效下降,这与我国特殊的制度环境有关。文章将环境动态性和创新战略同时纳入研究框架,为我国转型期经济制度的改进提供了有益视角。

Small and medium-sized enterprises not only play an important role in the layout of national economic structure, creating employment and stabilizing the economy, but also the significant factors of technological innovation in China. It is to improve their competitive capacity and better performance for the enterprises＇ reform of innovation strategy, but the uncertainty of environment is a key factor which has always influencing performance of strategic reform of enterprises. This paper, by using panel dates of small and medium-sized listed companies from 2007 to 2012, has empiricaly researched the impact of performance where the enterprises have taking innovation strategy in dynamic environment during the economic transformation. Then we come to the conclusion ： innovation strategy has prominently affected the corporate performance positively. The more powerful of innovation strategy, the better performance. In the industry environment of strong dynamics, innovation strategy and corporate performance are strikingly negative correlation, while in the weak dynamics, they are negative correlation, and the result is not striking.
