产业集聚与出口竞争力研究——以中关村示范区战略性新兴产业为例

Research on Industrial Agglomeration and Export Competitiveness——A Case Study of the Strategic Emerging Industry in Zhongguancun Science Park

产业集聚是现代产业最基本的组织形式。文章以分析影响出口竞争力提升的关键要素为基础,以中关村示范区2006-2015年战略性新兴产业均衡面板数据为例,通过测算产业的区位熵和出口技术复杂度,采用时序SUR最小二乘法和GMM估计方法实证分析产业集聚与出口竞争力的关系。研究表明:产业集聚与出口竞争力之间存在一定程度的影响关系。整体上,产业集聚对出口竞争力提升有着显著的积极影响。产业间看,产业集聚对电子信息、生物医药、航空航天和新能源的出口竞争力具有正向的影响作用,而对新材料、先进制造、环境保护和现代农业的出口竞争力存在明显的负向影响。该研究结果为区域提升产业出口竞争力、调整产业结构和促进产业集聚发展提供了新的理论洞察和经验证据。

Industrial agglomeration is the most basic form of organization in modern industry. This paper firstly analyze some key elements on the improvement of the export competitiveness. Then on the basis of the strategic emerging industries equilibrium panels of Zhongguancun Science Park from 2006 to 2015, the industry＇s location quotients and export technological sophistication are be measured and the relationship between the industrial agglomeration and the export competitiveness is also be tested by the Sequential SUR least squares and GMM estimation analysis techniques. The results show that there is a certain degree of influence between the industrial agglomeration and the export competitiveness. Overall, the industrial agglomeration has a significant positive impact on the promotion of the export competitiveness. On the industry, industrial agglomeration has a positive impact on the export competitiveness of electronic information, bio-medicine, aerospace and new energy. And there is a negative impact on the export competitiveness of new materials,advanced manufacturing, environmental protection and modern agriculture obviously. These results offer new theoretical insight as well as empirical evidence to the regions, which can enhance the industrial export competitiveness, adjust the industrial structure and promote the industrial agglomeration development.
