国家创新体系“东转西进”布局的问题与优化研究

Study on Problems and optimization of the national innovation system “east to west” layout

借鉴发达国家的创新发展经验,深入研究我国国家创新体系"东转西进"战略布局的问题与方案优化,提出建设代表性国家创新区,突出创新特色、提升国家创新区的综合实力;首先完成东部国家创新区域的转型阶段的升级工作,其次推进中西部国家创新区的发展;促进东部地区的引领作用,充分利用东部地区已有的丰富经验,实现我国到2020年建设成为创新国家的战略目标。

From the innovation and development experience of developed countries,in-depth study of China’s national innovation system ＂east to west＂strategy layout and optimization problems,put forward the representative country innovation zone construction,the comprehensive strength of outstanding innovation characteristics,enhance national innovation zone;complete the transition stage of regional Eastern National Innovation to upgrade the work first,then advance the development of national innovation zone;leading role in eastern region,make full use of the eastern region has rich experience,to achieve the 2020 construction become a strategic goal of innovation of our country.
