摘要
针对高炉熔渣离心成纤热态实验,分析了高炉熔渣离心成纤的机理。同时研究了酸度系数和离心辊转速对高炉渣纤维直径和渣球含量的影响,分析了温度和转速对成纤效果的影响。结果表明,随着酸度系数的增大,高炉渣纤维直径和渣球含量逐渐增大;而随着转速的增大,纤维直径和渣球含量逐渐减小。熔渣滴落温度保持在1 290~1 420℃,四辊转速为1号40Hz、2号40Hz、3号50Hz、4号60Hz时,成纤效果较好。
The mechanism of blast furnace slag centrifugal fiber was analyzed by thermal state experiment.The influence law of acidity coefficient and speed of centrifugal roller on diameter and slag-ball content of blast-furnaceslag fiber was studied.The influence of temperature and speed on efficiency of fiber-forming was analyzed.The results show that diameter and slag-ball content of blast furnace slag fiber gradually increase with increasing the acidity coefficient.While diameter and slag-ball content of blast furnace slag fiber gradually decrease with increasing the speed.The best fiber-forming parameters are obtained when slag dropping temperature is maintained in the range of 1 290-1 420℃,speeds of four rollers are No.1 of 40 Hz,No.2 of 40 Hz,No.3 of 50 Hz and No.4 of 60 Hz,respectively.
