摘要
"过程控制"是自动化专业的主要专业课之一,具有专业性和实践性较强的特点。课程不仅涉及许多控制理论知识,而且与工业生产实际紧密联系。学生通过实验能够更好地理解和应用理论知识。笔者针对"过程控制"实验教学的现状,设计一个集模糊PID参数自整定、传统PID控制、DDE通信等技术为一体的综合性实验,旨在提高学生的动手能力和综合应用知识的能力,培养创新型人才。
The course of process control is one of the main courses of automation. It has the characteristics of professional and strong practicality. The course not only relates to many control theory knowledge, but also has close contact with the actual industrial produc- tion. The students can better understand and apply theoretical knowledge through the experiments. Therefore, according to the teaching status of process control experiment, a comprehensive experiment system , based on the fuzzy self - tuning of PID parameters, the tradi- tional PID control and the DDE communication technology was designed to improve learning effect, practice ability, comprehensive abili- ty of applying knowledge, and cultivate innovative talents of the students.
