广西电网节能减排供热在线监测模块功能设计与应用 被引量:1

摘要 广西自治区供热机组日益增多,电网峰谷差较大,水火矛盾较为突出。为了加强对各电厂供热机组的监测,广西电网火电厂节能减排在线监测系统新增了供热机组在线监测模块。本文首先对广西电网火电厂节能减排在线监测系统供热在线监测模块做了简要概述,接着对一些重点功能,如:数据筛选及重构、供热数据填报及准确率统计、负荷调度区间实时监测、节能评估等进行了优化设计,并介绍了其应用效果。广西电网节能减排供热机组在线监测模块功能全面,数据准确,为广西电网挖掘供热机组的调峰潜力及大型燃煤机组替代小锅炉集中供热提供了数据支撑。 The heating units in Guangxi Autonomous Region are increasing, the power load difference between peak and valley is large, hydropower and thermal power have more prominent contradictions. In order to strengthen heating monitoring of the power plant, on-line monitoring module for heat supply unit is added to Guangxi Power Grid energy saving and emission reduction on-line monitoring system. This paper firstly gives a brief overview of on-line monitoring module for heat supply unit. Then some important functions, such as: data screening and reconstruction, heating information reporting and accuracy statistical of heating, real-time monitoring of load scheduling and energy assessment are optimized designed, and their application effects are introduced. On-line monitoring module for heat supply unit of energy-saving and emission reduction in Guangxi Power Grid has complete functions and reliable data, and it provides data support for exploiting the peak potentials of heat supply unit and large coal-fired units to replace the small boiler central heating.
