摘要
本文在研究调控中心主站与变电站源端监控信息流的基础上,分析传统监控信息体系的弊端,提出基于GOOSE的站控层施加"GOOSE信息模拟发生器"的监控信息体系研究及建设方案,并采取信息回路监测措施实现监控信息的"状态检修",通过基于GOOSE的闭锁方式加强遥控的可靠性。
Based on the research about the information flow of dispatching and control centerr and substation, This article analyzes the disadvantages of traditional supervision information system, presents the research and construction scheme of remote intelligent supervision information system which is applied to the virtual information source based on GOOSE to station level. Meanwhile, this article achieves the condition based maintenance of the supervision information by the monitoring of the information flow, enhances the reliability of the remote control by the blocking way based on GOOSE.
