摘要
开展了适用于深部钻探小口径钻孔的孔底电动定向打印取心技术研究,克服了传统定向取心器的一些弊端,岩心定向标记清晰、可靠,解决了在垂直孔和斜孔中坚硬岩层进行岩心定向的技术难题,扩大了应用范围。研制的新型电动定向取心器,在国家科学钻探及深部找矿钻孔中应用,取得了良好的应用效果。本文重点介绍了研发的新型电动定向取心器的结构、工作原理、定向取心工艺及应用效果等,以供广大钻探技术人员参考。
A study was performed on hole bottom electrical-driven directional priming coring technique that suited slim hole of deep drilling, overcame shortcomings of traditional coring unit, with clear and reliable markings for core orientation, solved technical problems in core orientation in hard rocks in vertical and oblique holes, thus extended the range of application. This paper focused on introduction of the structure, working mechanism, directional coring technique and the result of newly-developed electrical-driven directional coring unit.
