档案馆的社会文化建构功能研究

档案馆是特定社会文化语境下的产物,接受并反映其所依赖的社会文化。但它不是一种被动的存在,它能动地在档案收集中通过收集什么、不收集什么来强化某种文化并弱化某种文化存在;在档案保管中通过对档案信息的整理与组织来凸显什么档案是有价值的什么档案是无价值的;在档案服务中通过对某些服务对象与服务功能的偏向来执行其服务理念,并在这些程序中彰显自己对社会文化的理解。

Archives is the product of certain social and cultural context,accepting and rcflesting the social culture. But it is not a passive existence, it can actively strengthen or weaken the existerlee of＂ ture by means of what it collect; it can highlight which archives have the value or no vallne by sol＇ling organizing the archival information; it can also implement their service idea through the serviee objeel service function, and it express and construct their understanding to social culture in these programs.
