档案学专业创新创业人才培养模式探索

创新创业人才培养是新时期赋予高等档案教育的新任务。本文以山东大学档案学专业在创新创业人才培养方面的思考及实践为例,提出要转变档案学专业人才培养理念,在创新创业教育背景下积极构建新的人才培养模式,分析了"2+1"创新创业人才培养模式的主要内容及特点,并就专业课程体系建设、专业教师创新创业教育教学能力培养及共建创新创业实践教育基地等关键问题进行了具体探讨,以期为档案学专业人才培养模式的构建、创新创业人才教育基地的建设提供借鉴和参考。

The cultivation of innovational and enterprising talents is the new task for higher archival e- ducation in the new era. This article takes Shandong University as an example to analyze the talent culti- vation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship in archival science major, presents the main contents and characteristics of ＂2＋l＇training mode, explores some key issues such as the establishment of professional curriculum system, development of teaching ability of innovational and enterprising education, and co-build- ing of practical educational base with other institutes, to provide reference for talents training.
