摘要
大港油田孔南地区已探明未动用储量油藏具有"三低一深"的特点,即低渗透率、低丰度、低流度、埋藏深。为了实现该类油藏未动用储量的经济有效开发动用,从技术对策研究角度,应用地震资料处理与解释落实油藏构造,利用储集层三维反演预测技术选择含油富集优势砂体及高渗区带,根据多因子分析方法筛选出优先开发动用的优势区块,并据此提出了开发举措;从创新管理的角度,阐述了全生命周期产能项目管理模式是实现未动用储量评价与开发动用的有效管理模式。孔南地区舍女寺背斜构造带中东部的N 90和N 13未动用区块的开发实践表明,未动用储量评价技术、区块优选方法和开发举措与管理模式相结合,实现了两区块的经济有效开发。
The reservoirs of the proven and nonproducing reserves in Kongnan area,Dagang Oilfield have the characteristics of three-low and one-deep,they are low permeability,low abundance,low mobility and deep burial.In order to realize the economic and effective development of the nonproducing reserves of this kind of reservoirs,from the perspective of technical countermeasures,the authors described to process and interpret reservoir structure by using seismic data and select oil-rich dominant sandbody and high-permeability zone by using reservoir three-dimensional inverse prediction technology.The preferred blocks for the priority development were screened out according to the method of multi-factor analysis,and the development measures were put forward accordingly.From the perspective of innovation management,the authors analyzed that the whole life cycle productivity project management model is an effective management model to realize for the evaluation and development of nonproducing reserves.The development practice of unused blocks N 90 and N 13 in the middle and eastern parts of Shenüsi arched structure in Kongnan area showed that the combination of nonproducing reserve evaluation technology,the block optimization method with development measure and management models realized the economic effective development of the two blocks.
