新生儿β族溶血性链球菌的感染情况分析

摘要 目的探讨分析新生儿β族溶血性链球菌感染情况。方法整理医院2014年1月-2016年1月收治的13例新生儿β族溶血性链球菌感染的临床资料,回顾性分析患儿的围生期因素、发病时间、实验室检查、临床表现及治疗结果。结果β族溶血性链球菌感染所致肺炎9例,败血症4例。经抗感染治疗后,12例痊愈,1例自动出院。结论β族溶血性链球菌易导致新生儿围生期感染疾病,积极早期诊断和抗感染治疗可有效促进患儿痊愈。
