从针刺影响心率变异性谈针刺治疗心气虚证

Acupuncture Treatment for Heart-qi Deficiency Syndrome on Heart Rate Variability

心率变异性作为评价自主神经功能和疾病发展及预后的可靠指标,它主要用于心血管疾病的监测和评定。近来研究表明中医学"心气虚证"很大程度上和慢性心血管疾病相关,也有大量研究已证实针刺效应的发挥是通过调节自主神经活动实现的,本研究探讨了心率变异性和自主神经、心气虚证和心血管疾病之间的关系,分析总结了针刺治疗心气虚证的机制及其方法,为运用针灸对疾病进行早期干预提供理论依据。

Heart rate variability（ HRV） is a reliable indicator for the evaluation of autonomic nervous function and for the development and prognosis of the disease,which was mainly used for monitoring and evaluating cardiovascular diseases. It has shown that ＂heart-qi deficiency＂is greatly related to chronic cardiovascular diseases in Chinese medicine according to recent studies. There are also a large number of studies have suggested that acupuncture＇s effect was achieved through the regulation of autonomic nervous activity. This research discussed the correlation between HRV and autonomic nervous system,heart-qi deficiency and cardiovascular diseases. The possible mechanisms and methods of acupuncture in treating heart-qi deficiency syndrome were analyzed and summarized,which provided the theoretical basis for the early intervention with acupuncture.
