摘要
探讨了轮滑结合核心力量训练对中老年男性跌倒风险因素干预效果.选取18名男性中老年人,随机分为核心力量结合轮滑组(RC组)和轮滑组(R组),每组9人.RC组进行核心力量(30min)结合轮滑(30min)练习,R组进行速度轮滑(约60min)练习,每周3次,持续12周.训练前后测定受试者跌倒风险各指标变化.数据显示:1)轮滑组训练前、后30s座椅站起次数增加(18.33±6.04,21.33±6.67,p<0.01),闭眼单脚站立时间增加(12.47±10.98,17.25±15.20s,p<0.05);2)结合组训练前、后30s座椅站起次数增加(20.78±5.33,28.44±6.11,p<0.01),闭眼单脚站立增加(13.61±6.79,26.83±15.28s,p<0.05),动态平衡(得分)提高(69.93±5.80,74.36±4.70,p<0.01),跌倒指数降低(41.78±13.76,37.33±14.91,p<0.01).结果表明,12周轮滑训练能增强中老年男性下肢肌力和静态平衡能力,而轮滑结合核心力量练习还能显著增强动态平衡能力,对于降低跌倒风险具有显著的干预效果.
To observe the effect of roller-skating combined with core strength training on the risk of fall in the middle and old-aged males,eighteen middle and old-aged males with regular roller-skating training were randomly divided into roller-skating combined with core strenghth training group(n=9,RC)and roller-skating group(n=9,R).Thirty-minute roller-skating training combined with thirty-minute core strength training were applied to subjects in RC group,while sixty-minute roller-skating training in R group.The time for training was 3times/week for a total of 12 weeks.We measured the indexes of risk of fall before and after the training.The results showed:1)Compared with before exercise training,both the times of squatting and rising of 30s(18.33±6.04 vs 21.33±6.67,p〈0.01)and time of one-leg standing with eyeclosed(12.47±10.98 vs 17.25±15.20 s,p〈0.05)were significantly increased;2)Compared with before exercise training,the times of squatting and rising of 30s(20.78±5.33 vs 28.44±6.11,p〈0.01),time of one-leg standing with eye-closed(13.61±6.79 svs 26.83±15.28 s,p〈0.05)and the score of body dynamicbalance(69.93±5.80 vs 74.36±4.70,p〈0.01)were significantly increased while index of fall(41.78±13.76 vs 37.33±14.91,p〈0.01)was markedly decreased in roller-skating combined with core strenghth training group after exercise training.The results showed that:twelve-week roller-training significantly enhanced lower limb strength and static balance.Twelve-week roller-skating combined with core strenghth training not only markedly increased lower limb strength and static/dynamic balances but also decreased significantly risk of fall.
