摘要
目的探讨废弃卵裂期胚胎的继续发育潜力。方法将新鲜行囊胚培养的周期分别分为:(1)D3可用胚胎组和D3Ⅳ级胚胎组,(2)0PN组和1PN组,分别比较组间的囊胚形成率和可用囊胚形成率。结果Ⅳ级胚胎组的囊胚形成率和可用囊胚形成率均显著低于D3可用胚胎组,但仍有9.46%的可用囊胚形成率;0PN组的囊胚形成率和可用囊胚形成率均显著高于1PN组。结论Ⅳ级胚胎仍有一定利用价值;0PN胚胎比1PN胚胎具有更高的发育潜能。
Objective: To explore the growth potentiality of discarded cleavage embryos. Methods: The fresh cycles of blastocyst culture were divided into two groups in each research, ① D3 available embryos group and D3 grade IV embryos group, ②non-pronuclear (0PN) group and single pronuclear (1PN) group. The blastocyst formation rate and available blastocyst formation rate were compared between each group in research ① and ② Results: The blastocyst formation rate and available blastocyst formation rate of D3 available embryos group and 0PN group were significantly higher than grade IV embryos group and 1PN group respectively. But there are still 9.46 percent of grade IV embryos develop into blastocysts. Conclusion: Grade IV embryos still have some value in use; 0PN embryos have higher developmental potential than 1PN embryos.
