摘要 目的探讨男性体内微量元素含量与精子浓度、活动力及畸形率之间的关系。方法回顾性分析2016年1月~2017年1月本院生殖医学科男性不育门诊患者919例,分为精液常规正常组(n=241)和精子浓度异常组(n=221),精子活动力异常组(n=230)精子形态异常组(n=227),行精液常规检查的患者同一天均另行血液微量元素钙、镁、铜、铁、锌、镉、铅的测定。结果精子质量正常组中钙、铁、锌水平高于异常组,铜、铅、镉水平则低于异常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论男性体内微量元素水平与精子质量有密切关系,微量元素水平对评估和治疗男性不育有一定临床意义。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between trace element content in male blood and sperm concentration, activity and malformation. Methods: A total of 919 cases of male infertility patients were divided into semen routine normal group (n=241) and sperm abnormalities group (n=221) , and sperm (N=230) sperm abnormalities group (n=227) , the routine examination of patients with the same day were the blood trace elements calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, cadmium, lead determination. Results: The levels of calcium, iron and zinc in the normal group were lower than those in the abnormal group, and the levels of copper, lead and cadmium were lower than those of the abnormal group (P〈0.05) . Conclusion: The level of trace elements in male is closely related to the quality of sperm, and the level of trace elements has certain clinical significance in assessing and treating male infertility.
