摘要
随着社会的不断进步,时代对于创新人才的需求越来越多,加强工商管理创新人才的培养,不仅有助于学生未来的职业发展,同时也有助于工商管理专业课程体系的不断完善。文章以江南大学商学院工商管理专业为例,利用问卷调查和非结构访谈的方式调查了377位学生,对现行工商管理专业创新人才培养过程中存在的问题进行实证分析和解读,在此基础上提出工商管理创新人才培养的优化路径。
With the development of our society, we need more and more innovative talents. Strengthening the cultivation of innovative talents of business administration can improve students' occupation develop- ment and contribute to the perfection of professional curriculum system. This paper takes School of Business Administration in Jiangnan University as an example. We surveyed 377 students through question- naires and unstructured interviews, then analyzed the current problems about the cultivation of innovative talents of Business Administration. On the basis, we propose an optimized path for cultivating innovative talents.
