依托众创空间培养高职环艺专业工匠型人才的思考

工匠型人才培养是时代的召唤,也是高职院校肩负的使命。企业期盼工匠型人才,高职环境艺术设计专业要与时俱进,有针对性地培养高技能、高素质职业技术人才。文章结合众创空间的实践,提出依托众创空间培养高职环艺专业紧跟行业步伐,具有实践能力、沟通能力与职业自信的工匠型人才。

The new era calls for talents with craftsman＇s spirit, which is also the mission of higher vocational colleges. Enterprises expect such talents, and the higher vocational Interior Design Major should keep pace with the times and cultivate professional technical talents with superb skills and high quality. This article, based on the maker space practice, puts forward the suggestion that talents with practical ability, communication capacity and professional self-confidence as well as keeping pace with the times should be cultivated by higher vocational interior design major based on maker space.
