基于CIPP模型的金融管理专业实践教学质量评价研究——以山东经贸职业学院为例

Research on Quality Evaluation for Practical Teaching of Financial Management Speciality Based on CIPP Model——A Case Study of Shandong Vocational College of Economics and Business

实践教学是培养高素质技术技能金融人才的重要环节。文章以山东经贸职业学院金融管理专业为例,利用CIPP评价模型构建金融管理专业实践教学评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法对实践教学实施情况进行实证分析。通过分析发现,金融管理专业实践教学水平的提升,重点需要从师资队伍、经费投入、教学方法等方面入手,提高学生的实践技能和社会认可度。

Practical teaching is an important part of training high quality technical and financial talents. This paper takes the financial management specialty of Shandong Vocational College of Economics and Business as an example. We use CIPP model to construct evaluation index system of practical teaching. And then using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the empirical analysis. Through the analysis, we found that if we want to improve the level of practical teach- ing, we should improve the teaching staff, funding, teaching methods and so on.
