高职新生手机依赖与社交焦虑的关系研究——以无锡职业技术学院为例

The Investigation of Mobile Phone Addiction and Their Relationship with Social Anxiety of Freshmen in Vocational Colleges——Taking Wuxi Institute of Technology as a Case

采用手机依赖指数量表和交往焦虑量表,基于无锡职业技术学院对新生手机依赖现状展开调查,剖析手机依赖的影响因素,揭示手机依赖与社交焦虑的关系,从新生社交层面提出减少手机依赖问题的途径,为学生管理和心理健康教育工作提供客观依据、建议与参考。

Through questionnaires of mobile phone addiction and social anxiety, this paper conducts investigation on the current situation of freshmen＇s mobile phone dependence based on Wuxi Institute of Technology. It analyzes the influencing factors of mobile phone dependence, and reveal the relationship between mobile phone dependence and social anxiety. In addition, methods are found to reduce mobile phone dependence from the perspective of social anxiety. Then it provides theoretical foundation and suggestions for the management work and the healthy psychological education of Wuxi Institute of Technology in the fu- ture.
