合方鲫肌间骨骨化过程及形态学观察

Ossification Process and Morphology of Intermuscular Bones in Hybrids Crucian Carp

利用整体骨骼染色和形态学解剖方法,对合方鲫仔稚鱼肌间骨出现时期、形态发育以及成鱼肌间骨数目、形态、分布进行观察.结果表明合方鲫肌间骨是在主体骨骼完全形成后开始出现,随着生长肌间骨形态逐渐复杂化;肌间骨从尾部往躯体前端逐渐出现,形态由简单到复杂,尾部末端骨化明显;肌间骨数量和形态在体轴中呈现梯度差异.

Applying the methods of overall skeletal staining and morphological anatomy, in the present study, we investigated the emergence time, morphogenesis, number, shape and distribution of intermuscular bones m the hybrid crucian carp derived from white crucian carp（ ~ ） x red crucian carp（ 5 ） （WR）. Our resuhs show that the intermuscular bones of WR appear after the formation of the main body skeleton. During the growth of WR, the shapes of intermuscular bones become more perplexed. The intermuscular bones first appear in the tail and then in the head. Their form change from simplicity to complexity is coincident with the appearance from the tail to the head. In addition, the intermuscular bones in tail highly ossify. A gradient difference pattern along the axis in the number and morphology of intermuscular bones is present.
