摘要
目的 检测 6 4份抗凝血在低切变率 (r=5s-1)下全血还原粘度与血沉方程 -K值、红细胞聚集指数 ,以及红细胞聚集指数与血沉方程 -K值的相关性及意义。方法 对 6 4份抗凝血用LBY -BX2红细胞变形仪进行了红细胞指数的检测。结果 还原粘度与红细胞聚集指数的相关性 (r=0 .710 4、p <0 .0 1)优于其与血沉方程-K值 (r=0 .410 8、p <0 .0 5 )。结论 光学法所测定的红细胞聚集指数在判断红细胞聚集程度上具有较高的实用价值。
Objective To detect the total blood reductive viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation equation-k value, and the index of erythrocytic aggregation under low cheering stess (r=5s -1 ), and to analyse the correlation between index of erythrocytic aggregation and erythrocyte sedimentation equation-K value, and its significance. Methods Sixty-four heparinize anticoagulant blood were used to detect multi-parameter related to erythrocytic aggregation by LBY-BX2 Erythrocytic Transformation producted by EPSON Co.Results The correlation between reductive viscosity and the index of erythrocytic aggregation was better than that of erythrocyte sedimentation equation-K value.Conclusion The index of erythrocrtic aggregation detected by optical method was more useful on evaluate erythrocytic aggregation.
