摘要
目的比较微血管全血糖(CBG)、静脉全血糖(VBG)及静脉血浆糖(VPG)三者之间的差别及相关性。方法以微量血糖仪测 CBG 及 VBG,用自动生化仪测 VPG。结果发现三者差异有显著性意义,VPG>CBG>VBG,但三者有良好相关性(r=0.96、0.96、0.98)。结论微量血糖仪准确、快捷,可用于急诊的鉴别诊断,糖尿病患者自我血糖监测、糖尿病筛选及普查。
Objective To compare the difference and correlation of CBG,VBG and VPG. Method To measure CBG and VBG with trace blood sugar appearance,measure VPG with automatic biochemistry appearance.Result There is significant difference among them,VPG>CBG>VBG,but they hare good correlation(r=0.96,0.96,0.98).Conclu- sion Trace blood sugar appearance is accurate,quick,can be used for differential diagnosis,Monitoring self blood sugar for diabetes patients,screening and censusing diabetes.
