Main Factor Affecting the Psychological Health of Impoverished Undergraduates

目的调查和分析影响高校贫困生心理健康主要因素。方法使用症状自评量表(Symptom Check-list 90,SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)对贫困生218人(观察组)及对照组218人(随机抽样)进行测试。结果贫困生(1)SCL-90中人际关系因子得分(±s,下同)为(2.18±0.45)分,偏执因子得分为(2.04±0.26)分;此两因子与对照组相比差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。(2)SCL-90总分为(124.75±28.37)分,阳性项目数为(28.05±8.64)分;与对照组相比差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。(3)SAS 粗分为(28.43±5.63),标准分为(35.29±6.13);SDS 粗分为(29.62±6.26),标准分为(37.71±8.04)。与对照组相比差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论人际关系和偏执是影响高校贫困生心理健康的主要因素。

Objective To investigate and analyse the main factors that affect the psychological health of impover- ished undergraduates.Methods The 218 impoverished undergraduates and 218 undergraduates(contrast group)were test- ed by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Self-Ratiag Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Raring Anxiety Scale(SAS). Results(1)The score of SCL-90 in personal relation of impoverished undergraduates is 2.18±0.45(X±S),in crankiness is 2.04±0.26;this two faetons trove significant differences(P<0.01).(2)Total score in SCL-90 is 124.75 ±28.37,the score of useful faetor is 28.05±8.64;contrast group has no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)raw score in SAS is 28.43±5.63,standard score in SAS is 35.29±6.13;raw scorn in SDS is 29.62±6.26,standard score in SDS is 37.71±8.04.Contrust group has no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The personal relation and crankiness are,the main factors that affect the psychological health of impoverished undergraduates.
