米索前列醇预防产后出血的作用

Effect of Misoprostol in Preventing the Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的通过米索前列醇于第三产程的使用,了解米索前列醇(米索)在预防产后出血中是否优于催产素。方法 200例产妇随机分为两组,即米索100组,催产素100组,米索为直肠给药。结果米索前列醇在缩短第三产程,预防产后出血明显优于催产素。结论米索前列醇能有效预防产后出血。

Objective To find out whether misoprostol is superior to vasotocin in preventing the postpartum hemor- rhage by applying misoprostol in third stage of labor.Methods Two hundred puerperants were randomly divided into two groups.One hundred received misoprostol,and another one hundred vasotocin.Misoprostol was given by rectum.Results Misoprostol is obviously superior to vasotocin in shortening third stage of labor and preventing postpartum hemorrhage.Con- clusion Misopmstol can prevent the postpartum hemorrhage effectively.
