罗氏内异方联合腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的临床研究

Clinical Research of Luoshi EMS Formula Combined with Laparoscope Treating the Infertility Caused by Endometriosis

目的观察罗氏内异方联合腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的临床疗效。方法将78例因子宫内膜异位症不孕行腹腔镜保守性手术治疗患者随机分为2组。A 组46例:腹腔镜保守性手术治疗,术后采用罗氏内异方口服;B 组32例:单纯腹腔镜保守性手术治疗。观察术后6个月的妊娠率及妊娠前3个月内的流产率。结果A组术后6个月内的累计妊娠率为86.96%,B 组为68.75%,A 组妊娠率明显高于 B 组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。A 组妊娠前3个月内的流产率为11.76%,B 组为22.73%,A 组流产率明显低于 B 组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。A 组无药物不良反应。结论罗氏内异方联合腹腔镜是治疗子宫内膜异住症不孕的有效综合治疗方法,可提高术后6个月的妊娠率及降低妊娠前3个月内的流产率。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Luoshi EMS formula combined with laparoscope treating the infertility caused by endometriosis.Methods 78 patients going to he carried on laparoscope conservative operation were ran- domly divided into two groups.In A group 46 cases who were treated by laparoscope conservative operation would be given Lu- oshi EMS formula after the operation.32 cases would simply be treated by laparoscope conservative operation in B group. Then to observe the six-month pregnancy rote post-operation and abortion rate within throe months pro-pregnancy.Results In A group,the accumulative pregnancy rate of six months alter the operation was 86.96%,while 68.75% in B group, which was obviously higher than that in B group(P<0.01);And the abortion rate within throe months pro-pregnancy in A group was 11.76%,22.73% in B group,the abortion rate in A group was obviously lower than B group(P<0.01). None drug adverse reactions were found in A group.Conclusion Luoshi EMS formula combined with laparoscope is an effec- tive method to treat infertility caused by endometriosis,which can raise the six-month pregnancy rote post-operation and lower the abortion rate within throe months pro-prognancy.
