脑星形细胞瘤临床综合治疗分析

Analysis on Clinical Treatment of Brain astrocytoma

目的评价脑星形细胞瘤手术加放疗的疗效。方法 1990年1月～1999年1月共收治48例经病理证实的脑星形细胞瘤,经手术切除后常规使用榄香烯化疗及外照射治疗。结果 3～5年生存率分别为85.4%、60.4%、45.8%。影响疗效的因素是肿瘤切除程度、肿瘤病理分级、联合化疗、放疗等。结论手术、化疗与放射治疗综合治疗可提高脑星形细胞瘤的5年生存期。

Objective To estimate the curative effects of operation combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy treating the brain astroeytoma.Methods 48 patients with brain astrocytoma were treated by operation combined with radio- therapy and chemotherapy from January 1990 to January 1999.Results The survive rate in 3 and 5 years were 85.4% and 60.4% separately.The cut degree,pathological grading and combining radiotherapy chemotherapy were factors influencing the curative effects Conclusion Postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve 5-year survival rate of brain as- trocytoma.
