摘要
为了满足原油日益劣质化和重质化对加氢裂化技术越来越高的要求,开发了一种利于加氢裂化过程多环芳烃高效转化的高硅高结晶度Y型分子筛(SHBY)。利用孔结构、XRD、NMR、红外等手段对SHBY分子筛进行了表征,并利用微反装置对SHBY分子筛进行了反应性能研究。结果表明,SHBY分子筛具有孔分布结构开放畅通、高硅高结晶度、骨架硅铝结构均匀、酸性适宜和多环重组分芳烃裂解性高等特点,具有良好的大分子芳烃转化能力和链状烃保留率,可作为加氢裂化催化剂适宜的酸性组分。
As the crude oil is getting heavier and inferior, a modified zeolite Y(SHBY) with high Si content and high crystallinity has been prepared, which favors the PAHS conversion during hydrocracking process. The zeolite has been characterized by XRD, NMR, FT-IR etc. Probe molecular reaction test of SHBY has been carried out with a micro-reactor. The result shows that the SHBY has the properties of unobstructed channel, high Si content/crystallinity, uniform skeleton Si/Al, suitable acidity and high PAHs conversion capacity.
