摘要
介绍了氧化镁、氧化钙、硫铝酸钙、复合膨胀剂的膨胀作用机理,通过测定目前常用的不同掺量的单一膨胀源稳定剂和新型复合稳定剂的水泥浆体系的综合性能,评价其3 d/7 d膨胀率、抗压强度、胶结强度性能,确定各类型膨胀剂的优劣势,为现场施工,水泥浆膨胀剂的使用起到指导作用。
Expansion mechanisms of magnesia expansive agent, calcium oxide expansive agent, calcium sulphoaluminate expansive agent and composite expansive agent were introduced. By measuring the comprehensive performance of cement slurry system with single expansion source stabilizer or new compound stabilizer, the expansion and contraction rate, compressive strength and cementation strength of 3 d/7 d were evaluated to determine advantages and disadvantages of various types of expansion agents, which could a guide for the use of cement slurry expansion agents in field construction.
