不同种类铵盐对小晶粒NaY分子筛改性的影响

摘要 通过优化和组合不同的分子筛改性方法,成功利用其他铵盐部分替代了传统的Y分子筛处理工艺中大量使用的硝酸铵,依次经过铵交换、高温水热、硝酸处理,对小晶粒NaY进行了深度脱铝改性,比表面积达到869 m^2/g,孔容达到0.49 cm^2/g,与采用传统工艺结果相当,满足当前分子筛质量指标要求。 The ammonium nitrate used in the traditional Y zeolite treatment process was partly replaced by ammonium salt through optimization and combination of different molecular sieve modification methods. After the deep dealumination modification of the small grain NaY zeolite was carried out via ammonium exchange, high-temperature hot water treatment and nitric acid treatment, the specific surface area reached 869 m2/g,and the pore volume reached 0.49 cm2/g, which could meet the requirements of the present molecular sieve quality indicators.
