摘要
由两套入口工艺条件基本相同、分别采用林德、鲁奇低温甲醇洗工艺包,从在原料气含水处理的不同方式开始,逐渐展开讨论两种工艺包由于循环甲醇含水率不同而在甲醇热再生、水分离流程设计上的差异,以及因此对系统制冷量需求的差异。重点讨论循环甲醇含水率、再生甲醇循环量、系统所需制冷量三者的相对关系。讨论采用低阶冷媒代替高阶冷媒的可能性,以及因此工艺设备发生的一些变化。
Two imported rectisol process packages from Linde and Lurgi with similar process condition were introduced. Their water removal ways for feed gas were discussed, then their different designs on methanol beat regeneration and water separation processes due to different water content in circulation methanol were described as well as the difference between the demand for cold energy of the system. The related relationships among circulation methanol containment moisture, regeneration methanol circulation rate and cold energy required by system were discussed. The possibility of using low level refrigerant instead of high level refrigerant was analyzed.
