摘要 某石化公司丁二烯抽提装置脱重塔塔顶回流系统冷凝器及液相管线发生多处腐蚀泄漏现象,通过分析发现为乙酸腐蚀和氨腐蚀所致。通过优化工艺操作、冷凝器检修、管线焊缝检查消缺等措施,消除腐蚀泄漏隐患,保证丁二烯装置安全环保生产,长周期运行。 The corrosion mechanism of reflux condensers and accessory pipelines in a striping tower of butadiene plant of a petrochemical company was discussed. It's found that the corrosion was caused by acetic acid as well as ammonia. Some measurements to eliminate corrosion leakage hidden dangers were put forward, such as operation optimization, equipment maintenance and on-line welds X-ray inspection and so on.
