摘要
对UOP工艺中烷基苯装置氢氟酸作为催化剂进行了简要说明,通过分析两种形态下氢氟酸对设备的腐蚀机理研究,分析了烷基苯装置中工艺操作温度、氢氟酸水含量、氮气中氧含量以及流速等因素对设备腐蚀的影响,提出了减缓设备腐蚀的一些对策和预防措施。
Application of hydrofluoric acid catalyst in alkylation benzene unit with UOP process was introduced, the corrosion mechanism of gaseous and liquid hydrofluoric acid for equipments was analyzed. The influence of temperature, water content in HF and oxygen content in nitrogen on the corrosion was investigated. Some countermeasures and suggestions of slowing down corrosion were put forward.
