针对蒸发式冷凝器在装置中的重要性,结合其管道配置的特殊性,经过现场调查分析,总结实际生产过程中的经验,阐述了蒸发式冷凝器的配管特点,提出多台冷凝器的管道配置方案,热虹吸以及过冷配管系统,解决了管道配置方案制定困难,施工难度大等问题。

In view of the importance of evaporative condenser in the unit, combined with the particularity of its pipe configuration, based on the experience of practical production process, through field investigation and analysis, characteristics of piping configuration of the evaporative condensers were introduced,and the pipe configuration scheme of multiple condensers were put forward as well as the thermal siphon and overcooling piping system, so difficulties in making the pipe configuration scheme and the construction were solved.
