摘要
为探讨生物植物生长调节剂对迷迭香水培诱导生根的可行性及其最佳营养液,分析了9种不同配比生物植物生长调节剂以及9种不同配比营养液对迷迭香根系生长特性的影响。结果表明,在水培条件下,迷迭香根系可正常生长,且吸收功能正常。自制植物生长调节剂椰子汁50 g/L最有利于迷迭香的生根诱导培养;诱导迷迭香水培生根最适的营养液配比为硼酸30 mg/L、硝酸铵40 mg/L、VB130 mg/L、磷酸二氢钾40 mg/L,迷迭香植株生长势最强。
In order to investigate the feasibility and optimum nutrient solution of Rosmarinus officinalis culture,the effects of nine different nutrient solutions on Rosmarinus officinalis root culture and root growth were analyzed.The results showed that under the condition of hydroponic culture,the Rosmarinus officinalis root system could adapt to the growth and maintain the normal absorption function.The 50 g/L homemade nutrient solution of coconut juice was the most favorable for rooting induction ofRosmarinus officinalis.The optimal nutrient solution for the induced Rosmarinus officinalis hydroponics was boric acid 30 mg/L,ammonium nitrate 40 mg/L,VB1, 30 mg/L,and potassium dihydrogen potassium 40 mg/L,and plant growth potential was the strongest.
