摘要
利用HACCP原理,通过对畜产品安全生产流程中各个环节存在的问题和潜在危害的分析,确定生产过程中的关键控制点,并确定与各关键控制点相适应的临界值,以利于监控措施和纠偏措施的实施,从而为安全畜禽产品生产研究提供理论指导。
Based on HACCP principles,through the analysis of the problems and potential hazards exising in every link of the safe production process of animal products, detemlined the key control point of the production process and the threshold compatible with critical control points,in order to facilitate the implementation of control measures and corrective measures ,and provide theoretical guidances for the safety of livestock and poultry production research.
