Exploration on Experience of Development of U.S. Social Security and Its Enlightenment

社会保障推动了美国的制度建设,缓解了特定群体的生活危机。美国社会保障以法制化建设为保证,推行主体多元,建立了全方位的社会保障体系。社会保障使美国政府财政负担日渐沉重,引发一些社会问题。为推进我国社会保障事业,应加快法制化建设步伐,发挥政府的首要责任主体作用,建立全方位、系统化的社会保障体系,充分利用网络信息技术,做好配套制度的改革。

Social security promotes the construction of u.~. system ana reuevc~ u~ o---~ The guarantee of U.S. social security is legislation. Its？executors are diverse and has established a comprehensive social security system. However, U.S. Social security has made financial burden of government increasingly heavy and caused some social problems. To promote our social security, we should increase the pace of legislation construction .Our government should take the responsibility of primary executor. We should establish a comprehensive and systematic social security system, make full use of network information technology and proceed the reform of relevant system.
