摘要
大学通识教育的教育目的以及通识课程的自身特性,决定了通识课程在培养学生的隐性职业素养中将发挥重要作用。目前我国的通识课程在培养学生的隐性职业素养方面还存在很多问题,需要从更新教育观念、优化课程设置、改革课程教学模式等方面着手,创新实施与专业融合的"交融"机制,增强隐性职业素养培育的实效。
The purpose of the university general education and the characteristics of general courses determine that the general courses in university play an important role in training students’ recessive occupational accomplishment. However,there exist many problems in current general courses in training students’ recessive occupational accomplishment. We should start from renewing the ideas of education,optimizing the curriculum,reforming teaching mode and so on,to implement the integration mechanism of innovation and professional integration and enhance the cultivating effectiveness of recessive occupational accomplishment.
