摘要
利用计算槽道内部强制对流换热的Gnielinski公式对机翼防冰系统槽道的对流换热系数进行了计算,分析了槽道截面长度和宽度变化对对流换热系数的影响。根据计算结果分析发现局部增大或减小槽道截面长度对对流换热系数的影响较小,而局部增大或减小槽道截面的宽度对对流换热系数的影响较大。在机翼防冰系统槽道设计过程中更要注重槽道截面宽度方向的设计,来提升机翼防冰系统的换热效率。
With tunnel inner flow Heat Transfer Coefficient(HTC) calculation Gnielinski formula,the HTC of Wing Anti-Ice System(WAIS)slot is calculated.The influence of length and width of slot cross section to HTC is analyzed. Based on the calculation results, it has been found that the influence of slot cross section length to HTC is minor,and the influence of slot cross section width to HTC is major.The slot cross section width is the key parameter for WAIS design,to improve the heat exchange efficiency.
